About Hiroki Aoyama
Hiroki Aoyama
is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, specialising in banking, LBO finance, structured finance, real estate investment, project finance, derivatives and capital markets. He received his LLB from the University of Tokyo in 2001, and his LLM from Harvard Law School in 2007. He worked at Debevoise & Plimpton, New York, from 2007 to 2008. He is admitted to practise in Japan and the state of New York. Between 2011 and 2013, Hiroki was a lecturer at the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law (Civil Law).
