About Hiroto Hayashi

Hiroto Hayashi engages in a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects, acting as a legal advisor for both lenders and borrowers, with a primary focus on renewable energy project financing and private finance initiative transactions. Based on his experience in leading various projects as a lead arranger, financial advisor and agent during his secondment to the project finance department of one of Japan’s largest commercial financial institutions, he offers legal services that reflect a blend of business and practical perspectives. Recently, Hiroto has led BESS projects and financing transactions with the intention of participating in Japan’s newly established long-term decarbonisation power source auction regime for both Japanese and non-Japanese companies.
