About Hiroto Hayashi

Hiroto Hayashi engages in a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects, acting for both lenders and borrowers, with a primary focus on renewable energy project financing. Based on his experience in leading various projects during his secondment to the project finance department of one of Japan's largest commercial financial institutions, he offers legal services that reflect a blend of business and practical perspectives. Recently, Hiroto has led BESS projects and financing transactions, with the intention of participating in Japan’s newly established Long-term Decarbonization Power Source Auction regime and private offtake scheme for both Japanese and non-Japanese companies.
