About Masahito Saeki

Masahito Saeki is a partner at Mori Hamada and specialises in real estate investments, the fluidisation and securitisation of real estate and other assets, and REITs. In particular, his expertise covers investments and funds in relation to hotel and other hospitality assets. He is also actively engaged in cross-border transactions, including overseas investments by Japanese companies and inbound investments by foreign capital. He is one of the core members of the tourism law practice group at Mori Hamada and possesses a high level of expertise and extensive knowledge of laws and practices relating to the hospitality sector.
