Shuntaro Shirai is a partner at Mori Hamada and a member of the Daini Tokyo and New York and California State Bar Associations. His principal practice areas are M&A and corporate, with a particular focus on the acquisition of real estate projects, including hotels and logistics. He has vast experience in cross-border M&A deals. He also advises on the execution of hotel agreements, such as franchise and hotel management agreements.
