About Takahiro Sato

Takahiro Sato is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, who has recently been involved in the development of logistics facilities, office restacking projects, and the formation of an open-end core real estate fund. He has also recently handled the formation of private REITs, listed REIT mergers, going-private transactions for listed REITs, and S-REIT listings. His publications include “Real Estate Investment Trusts 2022 - Japan Chapter” (Getting the Deal Through - Real Estate Investment Trusts 2022), and “Amendment to the Civil Code and Real Property Registration Act (Regarding Land of Unknown Ownership)” (ARES Journal, August and October 2021).
