About Takahiro Sato

Takahiro Sato is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, who has recently been involved in the development of logistics facilities, office restacking projects and the formation of an open-end core real estate fund. He has also recently handled the formation of private REITs, listed REIT mergers, going-private transactions for listed REITs and S-REIT listings. His publications include “Characteristics and Practical Considerations of Sponsor Changes for REITs” (ARES Journal, February 2025) and “Amendment to the Civil Code and Real Property Registration Act (Regarding Land of Unknown Ownership)” (ARES Journal, August and October 2021).
