About Takayuki Kihira

Takayuki Kihira is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto with experience in M&A, corporate and securities law. In particular, he has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions and frequently represents international clients. Kihira was admitted to the Bar in Japan in 2001 and in New York in 2007. He has authored several publications on M&A in Japan. He also teaches a course on global M&A practice at Cornell Law School as an adjunct professor of law.
