About Tetsu Yuasa

Tetsu Yuasa is a senior associate at Mori Hamada. He advises on a broad range of employment law matters, with a focus on both contentious and advisory work, including employment disputes, workplace investigations, and cross-border labour issues. He has experience at Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), advising on workplace regulations and compensation systems. After completing his LLM at Columbia Law School, he spent approximately one year at Alston & Bird LLP gaining experience in US employment matters. Tetsu is admitted to the Bar in Japan and New York.
