About Tsuyoshi Shirakawa

Tsuyoshi Shirakawa is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto who is active in the fields of investment funds and financial regulations. His experience includes structuring and offerings of various types of investment funds and advising on regulatory matters for financial institutions, securities firms and investment managers. He was previously seconded to the Financial Services Agency where he was actively involved in the planning and drafting of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and relevant regulations. He authored a number of other books and articles regarding the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
