About Yoshinori Tatsuno

Yoshinori Tatsuno is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, admitted in Japan and California. He has extensive experience representing clients in international arbitrations at the ICC, SIAC and JCAA, and in multi-jurisdictional litigation and pre-arbitration negotiations in cross-border transactions. He earned his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2015 and worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2015 to 2016. Yoshinori serves as a member of the ICC Japan Arbitration Committee and Deputy Secretary General of the JIDRC. He is recognized for his market-leading work in arbitration, mediation, and litigation in different directories and rankings.
