About Yasuzo Takeno

Yasuzo Takeno is a partner at MHM and has extensive experience in advisory work for domestic and foreign investment managers and investment funds businesses, including structuring public offerings and private placements of offshore investment funds in Japan. He has represented issuers of foreign investment trusts established in Luxembourg, Ireland, the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, advising on legal and execution issues where issuers offer their units, either publicly or privately, in Japan. Yasuzo also provides legal advice on the day-to-day management of investment fund businesses. His practice further spans corporate finance activities and financial regulation. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
