About Yusuke Murakami

Yusuke Murakami has advised sponsors, lenders and EPC contractors on a wide range of projects – development, project finance, construction work, M&A and dispute resolution. He covers a broad range of projects for energy (eg, solar, onshore/offshore wind, hydro, geothermal, coal/gas-fired power plants). In recent years, he has represented major consortiums in many ongoing offshore wind projects all around Japan as well as innovative hydrogen and ammonia projects. He is also strong in cross-border projects, with an LLM degree from Harvard Law School and a secondment to the project finance team of Allen & Overy (London) in 2012–13.
