About Yusuke Murakami

Yusuke Murakami has advised sponsors, lenders and EPC contractors on a wide range of projects – development, project finance, construction work, M&A and dispute resolution. He covers a broad range of projects for energy (eg, solar, onshore/offshore wind, hydro, geothermal, coal/gas-fired power plants). In recent years, he has represented major consortiums in many ongoing offshore wind projects all around Japan. He is also strong in cross-border projects, with his background of secondment to the project finance team of Allen & Overy (London) in 2012–13.
