About Yusuke Murakami

Yusuke Murakami is one of the core partners in Mori Hamada’s energy and infrastructure group. He has advised sponsors, lenders and EPC contractors regarding the entire spectrum of projects – development, project finance, construction/EPC, M&A, joint venture and dispute resolution. Yusuke has been active for many years in a wide range of renewable energy projects, and in particular, he has been leading the Japanese offshore wind market as legal counsel. Also, in recent years, he has advised major sponsors and lenders on cutting-edge hydrogen and ammonia projects as well as battery energy storage system (BESS) projects emerging in Japanese market.
