About Yusuke Takamiya

Yusuke Takamiya is a partner at Mori Hamada and primarily focuses on regulatory and corporate compliance practices. Yusuke advises on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, including competition and consumer laws, as well as regulations concerning the tourism and accommodation business. In 2018, Yusuke established the tourism law practice group at Mori Hamada and has since served as one of its core members. In his capacity, Yusuke regularly provides advice on relevant regulations, including the Tourism Act and the Hotel Business Act, to various domestic and foreign clients, supporting their business expansion in Japan.
