About Graham Phoenix

Graham Phoenix founded and leads the bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring practice group at Loopstra Nixon LLP, and has experience spanning all sectors of business and industry. He represents and advises clients in all manner of turnarounds, refinancings, reorganisations, distressed investment and sales, security enforcement and liquidations, as well as formal proceedings under Canada’s insolvency laws and other corporate/commercial statutes. Graham has considerable cross-border experience. He has appeared in insolvency proceedings across the country and before the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the US Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Insolvency Institute of Canada.
