Jayson Thomas is a partner and general counsel at Loopstra Nixon LLP, focusing on commercial and civil litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes, employment matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, real property disputes and negligence claims. Jayson also defends financial professionals facing regulatory prosecutions before various discipline committees and tribunals.
