About Alain Berger

Alain Berger was admitted to the Bar in 1977. Alain is a founding member of BRS Berger Recordon & de Saugy. He has been a member of the Geneva Bar Association’s board and a governor of the European Chapter of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). He dedicates most of his time to family law, especially to international cases involving multi-jurisdictional issues regarding divorce, finances, children, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. He is the author of several contributions to the Family Law Journal, Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements (Jordan Publishing Ltd, 2011), and International Divorce and Trust Litigation (Jordan Publishing Ltd, 2013). He is ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers High New Worth Guide.
