About Stéphanie Francisoz Guimaraes

Stéphanie Francisoz Guimaraes was admitted to the Bar in 2009. Stéphanie has been a partner at BRS Berger Recordon & de Saugy since 2020. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, in particular liquidation of complex matrimonial regimes and cohabitation partnerships (companies, real estate) and criminal family law. She assists international clients before Swiss courts, negotiates amicable settlements, including nuptial agreements, and provides strategic advice in international and domestic cases. She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the Children’s Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association, the Geneva Forum for Specialised Family Lawyers and Juris Conseil Junior.
