About Akemi Suzuki

Akemi Suzuki joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2000 and has been a partner since 2011. Ms Suzuki practises in a broad range of international transactions, with particular emphasis on cross-border M&A and financing transactions. Her experience in the M&A area includes inbound and outbound buyouts, international joint ventures, strategic alliances and minority investments in technology, media, life sciences, consumer products and energy industries. She earned her LLB from Keio University in 1999 and her LLM from Stanford Law School in 2006. She is admitted to the Bar in Japan and New York.
