About Ayumi Fukuhara

Ayumi Fukuhara practises mainly in corporate crisis management and litigation, utilising her experience in the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutors’ Office. She is also highly knowledgeable and experienced in matters involving foreign investigations and regulatory authorities, and has dealt with cases relating to investigations conducted by domestic and foreign authorities. Furthermore, she has advised many companies on how to deal with personal information and trade secrets, and on how to build effective anti-bribery compliance programmes from the compliance perspective. She graduated with an LLM from University of Michigan Law School.
