About Koichiro Yoshimura
Koichiro Yoshimura
is a tax partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He has extensive experience in the field of taxation, covering both tax planning and controversy matters. Between 2015 and 2017, he worked as an adviser at the Secretariat for the Committee on Fiscal Affairs of the OECD. In addition to his Japanese legal qualifications, he has an LLM from Harvard Law School and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Mr Yoshimura is the author of Clarifying the Meaning of “Beneficial Owner” in Tax Treaties, 72 Tax Notes Int’l 761 (2013).
