In addition to his Japanese legal qualifications, Koichiro has an LLM from Harvard Law School and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is the author of Clarifying the Meaning of “Beneficial Owner” in Tax Treaties, 72 Tax Notes Int’l 761 (2013).
