About Kenji Utsumi

Kenji Utsumi is a partner and co-chair of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu’s pharmaceutical and healthcare team. His areas of specialisation include pharmaceutical and medical regulations, commercial, licensing and distribution transactions, and M&A. Kenji serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Tokyo School of Law and is also a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association.
