About Kensuke Suzuki

Kensuke Suzuki is a partner and chair of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu’s pharmaceutical and healthcare team. His areas of specialisation include pharmaceutical, medical device, food, medical and healthcare regulations, cross-border corporate transactions, securities regulations, and fund-related businesses. Kensuke served as a special adviser to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare from 2014–15, and as a member of the Project Team on Healthcare Startup Acceleration at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in 2024. He is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association.
