About Hiromi Hattori

Hiromi Hattori is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Her main practice areas are private equity, M&A, acquisition finance and other commercial transactions. She has more than 15 years of experience in both finance and corporate matters. She worked for a global trading company between 2017 and 2018 as a seconded in-house counsel, where she was involved in a variety of cross-border commercial transactions in the oil and gas industry.
