About Otoki Shimizu

Otoki Shimizu has been an associate of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu since 2022. His practice primarily focuses on financial regulations and fintech, as well as IT-related transactions and other related matters, including AI, smart contract and public blockchain across a range of industry sectors. Otoki also contributes to guidelines made by industry associations in relation to public blockchain. He graduated with an LLB from the University of Tokyo in 2020.
