Naoto Obara is an associate in the energy and infrastructure practice team of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He regularly advises on wholesale electricity transactions, electricity retail businesses, transactions involving renewable power plants, corporate PPAs and project finance in the energy field. In particular, he has broad knowledge and experience in contractual and regulatory matters regarding wholesale supply and purchases of electricity.
