About Sosuke Kimura

Sosuke Kimura of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu is a career-long expert in the capital markets industry and provides high-quality advice on various transactions, covering all equity, debt and hybrid securities. Sosuke specialises in structuring securities with extremely complicated terms and conditions (such as hybrid securities) – and equity offerings – amid turbulent market conditions, leveraging his past experience from handling various transactions in difficult situations. Sosuke obtained an LLB from Kyoto University in 2006 and an LLM from Duke Law School in 2013. He was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2007 and the New York Bar in 2014.
