About Shigeki Minami

Shigeki Minami is a Japanese lawyer licensed since 1997 and a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He is an expert in general tax law matters, including transfer pricing, international reorganisations, CFC rules, withholding tax issues and other international and domestic tax issues. He serves as the Chair of the Asia-Pacific Region Committee of the IFA and as a member of the Practice Council of the International Tax Program at New York University School of Law. He has written many articles regarding Japanese tax issues.
