About Ryo Okubo

Ryo Okubo is a co-head of the New York office and partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His main areas of practice are private equity/M&A and TMT transactions. He is one of the most active space lawyers in Japan and has been involved in many high-profile matters. He was also a member of the study groups of JAXA, a judge of Manfred Lachs Space Mock Court, and has been a member of the Contracts Monitoring Committee of JAXA since 2010. He manages the firm’s space practice group.
