About Ryohei Koizumi

Ryohei Koizumi has been an associate of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu since 2017. His primary areas of practice involve financial regulations and fintech. Ryohei also provides legal services for a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate affairs, including M&A transactions and data protection matters. He graduated with an LLB from Keio University in 2015. Ryohei worked for the Strategy Development and Management Bureau of the Financial Services Agency (2020–22). He has been a member of Tokyo Dai-ichi Bar Association since 2017.
