He regularly advises on wholesale electricity transactions, electricity retail businesses, transactions involving renewable power plants, corporate PPAs, trading of environmental attributes, and project finance in the energy field. In particular, he has broad knowledge and experience in contractual and regulatory matters regarding the retail supply of electricity and in the regulation of electricity market transactions.
