He has experience in the negotiation of private M&A and complex commercial contracts, and in advising foreign companies seeking to establish themselves in France. He has in-depth experience of European and French competition law, including international merger control, antitrust proceedings and abuse of dominant position. Lionel also regularly advises clients in relation to distribution strategies and compliance programmes.
