About Chew Phye Keat

Chew Phye Keat has been practising in Malaysia in the field of intellectual property for over 38 years and was one of the founder members of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA) and the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN IPA) and currently holds leadership positions in both organisations, besides being also a Council Member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). He is also currently serving as a member of the Malaysian Board of Examinations for Patent Agents under MyIPO. Other than his said IP reputation, he has been recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific as a leading practitioner in competition/antitrust.
