About Lai Sher Lee

Lai Sher Lee joined RDL as a pupil in October 2023 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in August 2024. Pursuing her longstanding interest in intellectual property law, she joined the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group upon completion of her pupillage. Since then, she has been involved in a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trade marks, copyright and related enforcement issues. Sher Lee has also undertaken extensive research on the legal implications of artificial intelligence in the context of intellectual property, particularly in relation to authorship, ownership and the protection of AI-generated works.
