About Shirley Hor

Shirley Hor is a partner at RDL, where she practises in civil and commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy and HSE-related disputes. Her practice covers advisory work, project documentation and formal dispute resolution proceedings. She regularly advises on and manages crisis response following workplace accidents or incidents at construction and industrial sites. Shirley has acted as counsel in court, arbitration and adjudication proceedings, with several reported decisions attributed to her work.
