About Zack Tan Zhang Wei

Zack Tan Zhang Wei was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 2015 and has been a partner in the construction, infrastructure and energy practice group at RDL since January 2022. His practice includes both contentious and non-contentious matters, covering pre-contract negotiation, preparation of contracts, project advisory works and dispute resolution, namely litigation, arbitration and statutory adjudication. Zack has represented clients in disputes involving the construction of a commuter station, a blast furnace complex, a shopping gallery, mixed development projects, the supply of chilled water, etc. He also has considerable experience in railway projects, including LRT3, MRT2 and Johor Bahru – Singapore RTS Link.
