About Philipp Scheuba

Philipp Scheuba is managing partner at BLS in Vienna. He has dealt with major loss issues regarding industrial, construction, energy, IT and food companies for 20 years. Philipp is one of the most renowned insurance law experts in Austria in all matters, especially in the areas of commercial, product and medical liability, financial institutions, fidelity and D&O insurance, major emergencies, product recalls or legal disputes arising from the same. Due to his long-term experience and expert knowledge in resolving disputes regarding insurance law, Philipp is currently acting as a legal representative on behalf of international fidelity guarantee and D&O liability insurance companies in various cases.
