About Keiichi Morita

Keiichi Morita is a Japanese and US-qualified lawyer working based in Tokyo. He advises construction companies, developers and financial institutions about development, including offices, residences, hotels, warehouses, re-development schemes, renewable energies and sustainable fuels. He specialises in dealing with Japanese construction regulations, domestic construction disputes as well as domestic and international transactions, including finance. In addition to domestic experience, Keiichi earned an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. Also, he has been seconded in a UK branch of a Japanese trading house for two years to support the development of European GX projects.
