About Keiichi Morita

Keiichi Morita is a Japanese and US-qualified lawyer working for Nishimura & Asahi in Tokyo. He advises construction companies, developers and financial institutions on development, including offices, residences, hotels, warehouses, redevelopment schemes, renewable energy and sustainable fuels. He specialises in Japanese construction regulations, domestic construction disputes and domestic and international transactions, including finance. In addition to domestic experience, Keiichi earned an MSc in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London. Also, he has been seconded in a UK branch of a Japanese trading house for two years to support the development of European GX projects.
