is a senior associate in the Tokyo office of Nishimura & Asahi. He focuses his practice on insolvency and restructuring, M&A and infrastructure investment. His experience includes advising both debtors and creditors in relation to various out-of-court workouts and in-court insolvency proceedings. He also acted for the trustee in a number of bankruptcy cases. He was seconded to Japan's Deposit Insurance Corporation for two years, where he advised on the scheme for the resolution of financial institutions including G-SIFIs.
