About Masahiro Heike

Masahiro Heike is a partner at Nishimura & Asahi (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo), where he specialises in international trade law (the WTO, free trade agreements, trade remedies, export controls, etc) and competition law (anti-monopoly), and frequently advises private companies and government agencies in such matters. Masahiro worked in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industries of Japan from 2016 to 2018 and has been involved in various international trade disputes.
