About Shigeru Sasaki

Shigeru Sasaki has been a partner at Nishimura & Asahi since 2019. He focuses on M&A (Japanese domestic and cross-border transactions) and other general corporate matters, as well as some tax disputes and internal investigations. A graduate of the University of Tokyo (LLB) in 2002 and Boston University School of Law (LLM in American Law, Sebastian Horsten Prize) in 2014, he was admitted to the Bar in Japan (2003) and New York (2015).
