About Enmanuel Montás

Enmanuel Montás is the managing partner and founder of MS Consultores, where he heads the firm’s tax controversy practice. For nearly two decades, he has represented local and multinational corporations, as well as their executives, in tax controversy matters, including civil and criminal tax litigation, while also advising actively on local tax strategy. Before founding MS Consultores, Enmanuel led the dispute resolution practice at OMG. He has served as an adjunct professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra for over 20 years. His book “Distancia a Frontera” was the first Dominican publication to offer an in-depth academic analysis of foreign investment.
