About Katsutoshi Kimura

Katsutoshi Kimura is an associate at TMI Associates. He has extensive experience in a wide range of financial transactions, including project finance, real estate finance, ship finance (including JOL/JOLCO transactions) and other structured finance transactions. Katsutoshi also has experience in establishing infrastructure funds and secondary transactions of renewable energy projects such as business transfers, share deals and corporate splits involving foreign parties. Recently, he has represented both financial institutions (mega and regional banks) and business operators in project finance deals, including renewable energy power generation projects.
