About Seiji Kurihara

Seiji Kurihara is a partner at TMI Associates. He has provided labour and employment advice to multinational companies in a broad range of industries since 2005. He regularly advises employers on various employment law matters, assists employers in collective bargaining with trade unions, and represents employers in litigation and labour tribunal proceedings. He has a deep understanding of the culture of multinational companies, having lived in the USA and Canada for nearly seven years as a student and as an expatriate employee of a multinational company himself. He is a member of the Council of Employers’ Lawyers.
