Shuhei Kubota specialises in environmental law and real estate law. He has experience working at Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, where he was involved in promoting ESG real estate investment. Additionally, he has served as legal counsel for numerous corporate litigation cases and has recently been actively sharing insights on trends in ESG litigation both domestically and internationally.
