About Tomoko Narita

Tomoko Narita is a counsel of TMI Associates, admitted to the Bar in Japan in 2002 and New York in 2009. She concentrates her practice on labour and employment matters and advises both domestic and international clients in an array of industries. She works closely with clients to tailor and implement effective strategies on various employment law-related issues, such as the establishment and operation of personnel systems, hiring, change of employment conditions, harassment claims, employee disciplinary issues, termination decisions, and the planning and implementation of restructuring and reductions in force.
