About Yuka Hirata

Yuka Hirata is a junior associate at TMI Associates whose expertise is in all aspects of the life sciences and healthcare fields. She is primarily involved in healthcare M&A (including M&A of medical corporations and hospital businesses) and new healthcare business development/alliances, etc. She is also a leading member of the healthcare practice group at the firm. In addition to her work at the firm, she contributes to initiatives led by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED), particularly in the area of strengthening the drug discovery venture ecosystem.
