About Yusuke Hayashi

Yusuke Hayashi is a partner of TMI, working at TMI’s Kyoto office and is a member of the corporate team. He is admitted to practice in Japan and the State of California, and has experience working for the Corporate Disclosure Division of the Financial Services Agency, which is the financial regulator in Japan, from 2015 to 2017. Yusuke specialises in startup finance, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures. He also worked in TMI’s Silicon Valley office from 2019 to 2021 and actively advises startups and VCs/CVCs on startup finance and business development in Japan and the US.
