About Filip Widuch

Filip Widuch has been a senior associate at the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig since 2021 and has been with the firm since 2016. Filip focuses his practice on real estate transactions. He advises clients ‒ in particular, developers, investment funds, private equity funds and banks ‒ in work connected with property sales and real estate M&A transactions. His recent experience includes transactions, development and asset management projects involving offices, hotels, retail parks, private rented sector developments, logistics parks and mixed-use properties. Filip is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
