About Olga Durawa

Olga Durawa has been a counsel in the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig since 2023 and has been with the firm since 2015. Olga specialises in real estate law, corporate and civil law matters. She advises foreign and domestic investors and developers on real estate sales and acquisitions and related restructurings, as well as on M&A transactions, including joint ventures. Recently, Olga has mainly advised investors on projects in the office and logistics sectors. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
