About Ana María Alpízar H.

Ana María Alpízar H. is a senior associate at NHG. She specialises, and has wide experience, in advising Mexican and international financial institutions as well as project developers in project finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructures, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sector, including conventional and renewable energy, oil and gas and LNG facilities. Ana María has participated in energy-related bidding processes before Mexican authorities, including advising winning bidders in the process called by the Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission to award the first contracts for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons.
