About Allan Pastor

Allan Pastor is an associate at Nader Hayaux & Goebel (NHG) focusing his practice on antitrust procedures regarding M&A filings and investigations. Prior to joining NHG, he worked on privacy and personal data protection matters, managing and supervising the internal data protection system of one of the largest companies in Mexico. In addition, Allan has participated in the proceedings before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) and in various related legal matters, as well as in several research projects on the subject.
